To save your time we prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions. Most likely you don't need to contact us and can find the answer to your question below.

Do you support sofware X or website Y?

You have to find out it yourself. We provide free trial period and a page to test access to any website without registration. We also encourage you to subscribe to our cheapest plan and test our service in production during first billing cycle if it works for your usecase or not.

Facebook and Instagram are blocked. Making excessive queries to Google is detected very fast and blocked with CAPTCHA.

Do you have Unlimited traffic plan?

We do not provide unlimited traffic plans.

How many proxies do you have? I need more proxies in some location

We have around 60 datacenter based proxies which are renewed every 24 hours. You can find a list of proxies in each location with their IP addresses on your account dashboard. We can setup additional (shared or private) proxies in a location of your choice for additional fee (starting from $5/proxy IP). Contact us to get a quote. US locations has 15 IPs per location, most other locations has 1-5 IPs.

Do you provide bigger traffic plans, do you have discounts?

Yes, we provide discounts for bigger traffic plans. Please start on one of our public plans and contact us when you reach its limit.

I cannot find a list of proxies to insert into my software

Please read our documentation to understand what is our service and how it works. We provide a single proxy that routes your request through multiple outgoing proxy servers. You only need to configure one proxy in your software.

I need a new IP on each request. Do you support this?

Please read IP Rotation section in our documentation.

Can I whitelist IPs instead of using login and password?

Yes, you can. Please read Authentication section in our documentation.

I do not understand how to use your proxies

Make sure you read through our Documentation. If you still do not understand we are sorry but we can not help, please cancel your subscription and learn how to code.

I need a refund

If you are on a free trial you do not need a refund since payment is only made after the trial. Please cancel your subscription to not get charged.

In all other cases we generally do not provide refunds as per Section 24 of the Terms of Service you agreed with upon creating your account at our service. We may refund you if you did not use our service at all after the payment was made (e.g. forgot about subscription made). Such refund can be made only for the last billing cycle and we refund only the amount we receive from you after PayPal fees are deducted.

Can I pay in Bitcoin?

No, we only support PayPal payments.
